for Bobby's special birthday dinner.

Go Go Go Kart!

Gib's good friend, Luke, gave Bobby their go-kart
for his birthday today! Here's Chris, Bobby, and
Gib loading the kart onto Gib's truck to bring it
home from Luke's shed.

Christopher was an AWESOME mechanic
and we probably wouldn't have gotten the kart
running today if it hadn't been for his mechanical
talents! Way to go, Chris!

Bobby's 10th Bday Trip to Carowinds

We had Bobby's 10th birthday a week early this year.
First he had 4 buddies over and we went to Pizza Inn.
Then they watched a movie here and then 3 of the boys
spent the night. The 4th one, Cross, couldn't stay due to
a knee injury...phooey!

On Saturday morning we all headed to "Carowinds",
a really big amusement park with a lot of awesome rides
for "kids" of all ages.

Twins' 6 mos. Wagon Ride!

Lesley celebrated the twins' 6 month birthday
by taking them for a wagon ride. Looks like
it was a beautiful day for it! Aren't the babies
just beeeautiful?? Gosh, I miss them sooOOOO much!

Twins' Dedication 9-14

Back in August, Lesley told me she'd chosen to have the twins dedicated at church on Sept. 14th which is the day after their first set of twins went to heaven. Lesley and Charles placed special flowers at the altar in memory of Avery & Bryant. This was an excellent day to have Lucy Kate & Bryant dedicated at their church, Oakhurst Baptist. I just wish it had been possible for me to go back to MS for this important event....I just want to cry. But I'm very happy that Charles & Lesley are surrounded by family and a great church family as well.

My Cousins!

Here are 2 of my cousins, Cheryl & Jeanie. We'll be meeting in October for the first time in our adult lives (do you smell dysfunctional mothers???) We are very excited to finally see each other in person after emailing for so long!
