July 4th 09

We had soooo much fun at Scott & Liz's July 4th party. Tons of great food, fun with friends & family, music, dancing, swimming, volley ball, horseshoes and much more! Thanks for having us kiddos!

The Green Machine

Wow, to be 16 again! Here's Christopher in his "new" truck that Scott found for him in Va. Bch. Needless to say, C'pher's on cloud 9. I've named his truck the "Green Machine". Bobby thinks it's cooOOOoool too! It's an 82 Chevy.

MS June 09

We said our final farewells to "Mammaw" (Emma) in MS in June. She will be GREATLY missed by all who knew her.

Soooo.... Scott's driving Christopher & I all through the woods on the farm and he decides to drive down this rather murky looking road. Christopher & I both are saying, "You're gonna get stuck!" and of course Scott's saying, "This thing won't get stuck!" Well, you can see who was right! TA DA!

Scott had to run all the way back to the Lodge to get the Rhino to pull out the Hummer. Liz & Evan came along for the ride, followed by Pappaw's new squirrel dog. We named him "Leroy" even tho his real name is "Cowboy".

Here's my big man, Christopher, standing by the Hummer his dad rented for our trip. It's a Hummer H3 and believe me, there's NO ROOM inside!

Evan's Haircut Fiasco :)

Evan needed a haircut b/4 we went to Mammaw's funeral so we started looking all over Helena for a place to cut it without an appointment. The pic above is the first shop who attempted to give the little guy a cut. This poor barber had obviously never cut a "silky haired" child's hair before and he just didn't even know what to do with wiggly Evan! It was hilarious! So, we ended up leaving and going to another shop (below) where the lady made quick work of Evan's new "do".
