Christopher's Graduation Morning

Wow, it's really hard to believe that my grandson, Christopher, is graduating from high school today! Gib, Bobby and I are headed to Virginia Beach for the ceremony. I was there the day he was born, February 28, 1993. He was born in Rockingham, NC on race day. It's just so hard to believe that 18 years have gone by! I hope I get some good pictures tonight.

Christopher has been just like his dad since he could walk. Can you say "speed freaks" and "adrenaline junkies"?? Chris has already been sky-diving too!

Bobby and Chris , such sweet boys!

Oak Island where Tommy Shaw was giving him surfing lessons

Just another bad landing for this adrenaline junkie! Christopher, you have given us more laughter and love than I can even explain. Papa and I love you so very much and your Uncle Bobby is going to miss you even more when you join the Navy.

My Parents

My parents, Jack Eugene Morgan and my mother, Eleanor Ann Szafran.
My father is from Lawton, OK and my mother's from Sharpsburg, PA
Here they are in 1953 or early 54 when they were expecting me.

On the back of the photo it says,
"Isn't Jack's car nice? I love it, but wouldn't have it if I couldn't have Jack with it."

I was about 6 months old in this one with my mother, Eleanor

My Half Sister, Janice

You know, it was soooo wonderful when I located my 2 cousins, Cheryl & Jeanie! And now there are more family members; some I knew about, some I didn't. But....

Thanks to my 1/2 sister, Dominica, (Nikki), I've located 1 more of my 1/2 sisters. She is Janice Oliver! Also, if you any of you gals want to see our Italian history, go to this page on my blog:

All my half sisters are Janice, Tracy, Nikki, Roberta, and Laura; I only need to find 2 more!

Here's Janice!
I need to get ahold of a larger picture, but this'll do for now!

Kim's: 2010

Bobby & I took a road trip in July to MS & TN to visit family & friends. These pix are in reverse order; the 1st stop was Charles & Lesley's in MS; 2nd stop was Graceland; the last stop on our trip was at my sister, Kim's and Lumpy's. It was so good to see everyone!

Graceland: July 2010

I took Bobby to Graceland on our way to my sister's. It was my 3rd time at Graceland but Bobby's first. This tour was quite different than the ones I did in the 70's and more rooms were open. The upstairs is still closed & always will be.

These awards & gold records, etc. literally fill the walls inside Elvis's racquet ball court. It's pretty amazing when you see it all like this. Plus there were many more inside the house.
